John Price, has been Building, Remodeling and Drafting Plans since the mid 1970's. John is a member of the prestigious Certified Builders Program and a licensed Builder with the State of Mississippi. He is past President of the Home Builders Association of Jackson and currently serving on the Board of Directors with the Homebuilders Association of Jackson and the Homebuilders Association of Mississippi. He is also a Licensed Real Estate Broker and a member of AIBD (American Institute of Building Design). He is an approved member of the 2/10 Home buyers Warranty program; which offers an insurance program that provides structural warranty coverage, through additional inspections and testing, for a period of 10 years or more.
